Trish Jimenez - Owner/Instructor

Trish is a wife, mom, photographer, and fitness instructor living in Owasso, Oklahoma. As founder and owner of the company, she handles the administrative duties of Barre & Co. In between her time managing businesses and homeschooling teens, she teaches several fitness classes a week. Exercise is her lifeline!! Trish holds certifications in pilates, barre, and group fitness.

Amanda Arnold - Fitness Instructor

Amanda was born in the quaint town of Pawhuska and now resides in Broken Arrow. She is a wife, dog mom, and works full-time as an Occupational Therapist. Her love for health and fitness developed early with her joy of playing sports. At OSU, she obtained her Bachelor's in Health Promotion and Education where her foundation of exercise science was created. She has a passion for helping others on their health journeys and making exercise enjoyable and fun!! She is a Certified Health Education Specialist.

Christen Schuman - Fitness Instructor

Christen grew up in Claremore and recently returned after 22 yrs. She's married, enjoys traveling, and loves to experience new adventures. She has a love for people and loves encouraging others to be their best selves. After attending her first barre class in 2009, she fell in love with it. She had been very active with boot camps, running and was looking to add something different to her routine. Barre was it! "It is so addictive and once class was over I couldn't wait to take my next class. I am very passionate about how breathing, shaking, & the little movements can transform your muscles. I love trying new classes & bringing new challenges to class." Christen has completed trainings in the following: Barre Intensity, Barre Above.


Sharla Thompson - Fitness Instructor

Sharla has lived in Owasso for the last 22 years. She and her husband have raised 4 children in Owasso and have recently added 2 son-in-laws and a grandson.

“I believe that everyone is capable of having an active lifestyle. Not everyone’s journey or abilities are the same. It’s all a matter of just starting and being consistent. I have always been active and believe in discipline and everything in moderation. I start every day with some form of exercise whether it’s Pilates, yoga, walking, or jogging. I found joy in teaching because it makes me feel better and I wanted others to feel the same. My goal in my classes is to work your “whole” person and push you to find your inner strength.”

Sharla is certified in Group Fitness and Pilates and has been teaching since 2016.

Julie Rowland - Fitness Instructor

Julie is a wife, mom, dog mom and Pilates lover living in Tulsa. She discovered Pilates in early 2019 after years of boot camp, CrossFit and running. She began her Pilates instructor training in 2021 after retiring from a 25 year career as a CPA and HR executive. She has seen the transformative effects of the Pilates methodology of leveraging the mind-body connection on her own life - physically, mentally and emotionally. Her goal is for her students to experience the same transformation in their lives. She holds certifications in primary and advanced Pilates instruction from ASFA.

Mike Jimenez - Assistant TO the Regional ManagerIf you are a fan of The Office, you will get the joke behind Mike’s title here at Barre & Co. He’s played a key role in supporting his wife, Trisha, in helping maintain/manage the studio, which warrants him a well-deserved spot on the official team webpage. Mike works full time at Melton Trucklines as a Pricing Analyst. Like his wife, he also shares a passion for fitness. He is an avid runner and participates in several races each year. One of his greatest achievements is participating in the New York City Marathon.
