FAQs
What should I wear?
We recommend comfortable leggings or workout pants paired with a breathable tank or t-shirt to allow for ease of movement. Shorts are not recommended.
Grip socks are required for all Pilates and Springboard classes and are available for purchase in the studio if needed.
What if I need to cancel class?
We kindly ask that classes be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled start time. This allows waitlisted clients the opportunity to attend and helps us honor our instructors’ time.
What wellness services do you offer?
In addition to movement classes, we offer wellness services designed to support recovery, energy, and overall wellbeing. Visit our Peptides & Wellness page to explore available protocols and personalized options.
I’m new — which class should I start with?
Welcome! Most clients begin with one of our Pilates or barre classes. Our instructors provide modifications and guidance throughout class, making sessions approachable for all fitness levels.
If you’re unsure where to start, we’re happy to help you choose the best class for your goals.
What is the waitlist?
Joining the waitlist means you’re committed to attending if a spot becomes available. If you’re added to class, you’ll receive a notification, so please plan accordingly.
I’m nervous to try my first class.
That’s completely normal — and you won’t be alone. Our studio is known for its welcoming atmosphere, supportive instructors, and encouraging community. We’re here to help you feel comfortable from your very first visit.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before class so you have time to check in, get settled, and meet your instructor. For your safety, late entry may not be permitted once class has begun.
What makes Barre & Co. different?
Barre & Co. is more than a fitness studio — it’s a wellness community. We combine Pilates, barre, recovery, and modern wellness therapies to support strength, longevity, and whole-body health in a welcoming, supportive environment.
What should I bring?
Just yourself and a water bottle. All equipment is provided, and grip socks are available for purchase if needed.
