In barre fitness you use only your body weight or light props to move in very small range of motion and target a specific muscle or muscle group to the point of fatigue.
Many participants experience a quivering or shaking of the muscle. This “shake zone” is what makes barre so effective. This occurrence forces the body to use fat for fuel and produces “fat melting” results.
Not only are these results astounding, but they also happen rapidly and participants can notice drastic changes in their body in a short amount of time.
And one more perk, barre is a low impact fitness class and can be taught across several different age groups.

Instead of listening to music, you become the music in this exhilarating full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and pilates-inspired movements. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps to improve general fitness and overall well-being. Similar to Yoga, Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

Circuit Training Class
Circuit training is a style of workout performed with different stations or exercises at a high intensity with little to no rest between each station or exercise. We incorporate several workout formats into our circuit rotation including: boot camp, kickboxing, and strength exercises. This class is flexible and adaptive so that it serves the needs of all participants - it will get beginners into shape, it will challenge advanced athletes, & all ages are welcome!
Cardio dance is a form of fitness for any age and level! Come shake your groove thang and burn calories while you’re at it. Two left feet? That’s ok! Cardio dance is a no judgement zone where you can let loose to however your body feels the beat! We go left, you go right? That’s perfectly fine, we will work up a sweat no matter which way we step! Cardio dance combines fun current beats from artists like Pitbull, Meghan Trainor, Katy Perry and many more. We will hip hop, tango, salsa, jive and boogie our way to a healthier you...all while smiling and singing along!

Xtreme Hip-Hop Step Class
Xtreme Hip-Hop combines cardio, dance moves, the step board, hip-hop music and lots of swag to provide participants with a fresh spin on an old concept. As we say "any stage, any age" can have a great workout with this new twist on step. It is unique and provides an effective workout.
Deep stretch is a class that uses a blend of restorative, passive, and active stretches to help release tension in the body and the mind. The goal is to relax the body while also targeting flexibility and range of motion. Props are used in the class to help us work towards a deeper stretch that the body might not be able to achieve on it's own. Poses are usually held for time periods according to our breath to connect movement with our body's natural rhythm. This class is without standing postures, offers modifications to help those with injuries, and is made to be accessible to most.
Stretch Yoga
Cardio kickboxing is a physical activity exercise that combines kickboxing movements, in a fast-paced manner, accompanied by high-tempo music. In cardio kickboxing class, you will learn proper form for the famous jab, hooks, crosses, uppercuts, back kicks, front kicks, and the like—all engaging both your lower and upper body. You will even learn how to mash two or three of those exercises together to up the intensity into a kickboxing training combo that will get your heart rate way, way up! In some classes, instructors will use punching bags, so that you can land your punches and kicks on something soft, and benefit from the extra tension in the pads.

Red Light Therapy Pilates Fusion
Red light therapy, also known as photobiomodulation, has many potential benefits, including: alleviates joint pain and inflammation, relaxes muscles and aids in muscle recovery, stimulates collagen production, supports cell repair and regeneration, reduces anxiety and depression, enhances blood flow and oxygenation, and more!
In this class, each attendee will lay on a red light therapy mat in a dark room while participating in a series of core strengthening, pilates, barre, and stretching exercises led by the instructor.
